• Our subscriptions have no minimum commitment and may be canceled at any time.
• Payments are processed 3 days before each scheduled delivery date, and subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected frequency.
• Because flower sourcing and design are planned in advance, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to delivery. If canceled after that, the change will apply to the next billing cycle.
• Flower varieties may vary due to seasonal availability; however, overall style, value, and quality will always be maintained.
• A complimentary standard vase is included with the first delivery. Afterward, customers may use their own vase, add a vase per delivery, or enroll in our optional Vase Return Program.

Vase Return Program

• Participation is optional.
• A $50 one-time refundable deposit is required.
• A premium vase is included with each delivery.
• The previous vase must be available for pickup at the next scheduled delivery.
• If the vase is not returned, damaged, or retained, the deposit will be applied toward the cost of the vase.
• Customers may opt out at any time. The deposit will be refunded once all vases are returned in good condition, and the subscription will continue as a wrapped bouquet.
