If there’s a specific flower or color you absolutely love and prefer no substitutions, please call us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout so we can confirm availability.
If no special requests are noted, we’ll make thoughtful substitutions when needed—always preserving the style, value, and overall look of your arrangement.
Delivery Information
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
(12:00 PM on Saturdays).
- Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- We always aim to hand-deliver each arrangement whenever possible.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a secure location, and the recipient will be notified.
