Delivery & Pickup

Choose Delivery or Pickup and select your preferred date in the cart before proceeding to checkout. Available options, timeframes, and fees will appear based on your selection.

Same-day standard delivery is available for orders placed by 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM require Rush Delivery for same-day service. You can select this option at checkout; an additional rush fee applies.

Our standard delivery window is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. You’re welcome to include a preferred delivery time, gate codes, recipient details, or other helpful instructions in the Delivery Notes. We’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, but preferred times cannot be guaranteed with standard delivery. For a specific delivery time, please select Specific Delivery Time at checkout.

Natural Variations & Substitutions

Because plants are living products, their size, shape, color, and fullness may naturally vary. Decorative containers may also vary depending on availability. When necessary, we may make a thoughtful substitution with a comparable plant or container while preserving the overall style, quality, and value of your order.
